About Us

Building the digital and physical backbone of Germany

Brigada Bau GmbH is a construction service provider based in Hof, Bavaria. We are fully certified for all types of road and civil engineering works and are currently active in four federal states across Germany.

For more than 17 years we have met the demanding requirements of our clients – across several continents and in a wide range of markets. Today we bring that experience to the expansion of Germany’s infrastructure.

Our focus lies in civil engineering, project management and fiber optic infrastructure solutions from A to Z, backed by a strong network of more than 28 partner companies across Europe and Asia.

Construction Phase

Every stage of the network, handled end-to-end

At Brigada Bau GmbH we support your project across its entire lifecycle – from the first plan to the finished, certified network. With experienced teams, modern equipment and a clear process.

Study & Design Phase

Every project begins with solid planning. We develop the design, plan the layout of the network elements and adapt the solution economically to each deployment. This includes individual solutions for local authorities, coordination with private owners, complete document management and permit applications, and the management of state-of-the-art production platforms.

Construction Phase

In the construction phase we bring the project to life: from the start-up of the FTTH rollout through the installation of network duct systems and network elements to fiber blowing, splicing, calibration and final certification. This also covers house connections and the professional restoration of asphalt and paved surfaces.

Civil & Road Construction

As a fully certified construction service provider, we carry out all civil and road engineering works – the foundation of every reliable network. Open and closed construction methods, duct systems and surface restoration, all from a single source.

Fiber & House Connections

We bring the fiber right into the building. From fiber blowing and splicing to the finished house connection (FTTH), we make sure businesses and households go online quickly and securely.
